Shipping Policy

Order Processing: All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates: We offer a flat shipping rate of $15.00 CAD on all orders. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to orders over $100.00 CAD.
Delivery Estimates: Once handed off to the courier, transit times are entirely dependent on their service networks. While standard delivery generally takes 3 to 5 business days within North America, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
International Shipping: We currently ship to Canada and the United States. For international orders outside these regions, please contact our support team.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Window & Condition: We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after delivery. We accept returns for both defective products and non-defective products. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging.
Return Method & Shipping: To initiate a return, please contact us at Support@MaxLinc.com. All returns must be sent by mail. Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs for non-defective items. We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refunds & Processing: Once your return is received by mail and inspected, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Hardware Warranty

All MaxLinc EDGE and BLOCK environmental data loggers come with a standard 1-year limited hardware warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device fails under normal use during this period, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
